Shipping/Return Policy

Order Processing/Shipping

Our goal is to process and ship your order within 24 hours if received before 3:00 pm (CST), and within 48 hours if received after 3:00 pm (CST). Please allow additional lead time for orders placed during holidays and weekends. Most orders are shipped standard ground. Express shipping is available, please call 877-248-5522 for details. Any Will Call/Pick-Up orders not claimed within 5 business days will be shipped accordingly. All shipments are F.O.B. Houston, Texas, freight prepaid and added to invoice.

- Incorrect addresses will incur a fee equal to, but not greater than the fees charged to us by the shipping company.

Returns and Exchanges

All Clearance and Sale priced items are marked for FINAL sale. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued for Clearance and Sale priced items. We do our best to have quality products; if you receive a defective product, please notify our Customer Service Department immediately. We will replace the product or refund your money. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the invoice date. Please note that all returns, unless damaged/defective, must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery, before signing. Any authorized returns received after 30 days of the invoice date will incur a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are not issued for Clearance priced items, Sale priced items, and worn or misused products. To ensure proper credit, please call our Customer Service Department for a return authorization number. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

Shortages and Damages

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery, before signing. Cartons and products damaged in transit must be signed for as damaged so that you may obtain credit from the carrier. Claims for damage, that occur in transit are the customer's responsibility, and must be submitted directly to the carrier. Please retain shipping carton and packing materials for claims adjustments. Shortages must be reported within three business days. Double check your packing list for items not shipped that may be on backorder. For proper processing, please call our Customer Service Department (800)475-8657 for a return authorization number if product is being returned. Hullabaloo Trading does not guarantee credit merchandise returned without a return authorization number.

Product Pricing and Specifications

Product pricing and specifications are based on information available at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. All dimensions, weights and carton counts are subject to standard deviations. Pricing offered online at is good only for orders placed online.


On occasion, demand exceeds our expectations. You will receive updates via phone, fax or email if there are any significant delays. We will not charge your credit card for backorders until the product has actually shipped. Please note that backorders less than $10.00, or for closeouts that are out of stock, will be cancelled.
